About Us
Agueda held a Bachelor Degree of Science in Education(BAE) and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) Postgraduate at Brunel University, equipping her with both the empathy of a teacher and the precision of a legal mind. She has also undertaken the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) course, deepening her understanding of the global financial system from Wall Street to the FTSE. This unique blend allows her to support families not only with legal expertise with informed and practical guidance.
Rooted in service, guided by experience
Her time volunteering as a Witness Support at Uxbridge Magistrates Court shaped not only her understanding of the legal system but also her philosophy as an estate planner. Working closely with individuals facing unfamiliar legal proceedings taught her the power of calm, clear guidance in moments of uncertainty. That experience continues to influence how Agueda supports families today offering not just legal knowledge, but genuine reassurance, empathy, and practical help during some of life’s most sensitive decisions. Whether drafting a Will or setting up a LPA Agueda strives to make every step feel understandable, purposeful, and personal.
During her four years at Hillingdon Women’s Centre (HWC), Agueda had the privilege of working alongside Family Solicitors and supporting clients through a wide range of legal challenges including housing, immigration, childcare, welfare, finances, domestic violence, divorce, and personal injury. Real cases, real lives, each with its complexities, needs, and hopes.
It was through these personal interactions that Agueda honed a communication style rooted in patience, clarity, and trust. Whether navigating emotionally charged conversations or explaining legal options with compassion, Agueda learned how powerful it is to be truly heard and understood. That same ethos now guides every client relationship in her estate planning work ensuring families feel supported, informed, and confident at every step of their journey.
