Meet Agueda Estrada Calle
Educator, legal advocate, Scout trustee, and founder of Will–LPA
Agueda holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (BAE) and a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)- Postgraduate from Brunel University—equipping her with both the empathy of a teacher and the precision of a legal mind.
She’s also completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) course, deepening her understanding of the global financial system from Wall Street to the FTSE.
This rare blend allows her to support families not only with legal expertise, but with informed, practical guidance that speaks to real life.
Her philosophy is simple: planning should feel like protection, not paperwork.

Agueda’s time volunteering as a Witness Support at Uxbridge Magistrates Court shaped her approach to estate planning. Supporting individuals through unfamiliar legal proceedings taught her the power of calm, clear guidance in moments of uncertainty.
Today, that same ethos guides every Will and LPA she drafts—making each step feel understandable, purposeful, and personal.

At Hillingdon Women’s Centre, Agueda spent four years working alongside Family Solicitors, supporting clients through housing, immigration, childcare, welfare, domestic violence, divorce, and more. These weren’t just cases—they were stories of resilience, complexity, and hope. Through them, Agueda honed a communication style rooted in patience, clarity, and trust.
Whether navigating emotionally charged conversations or explaining legal options with compassion, Agueda ensures every client feels truly heard. Her estate planning work is built on that same foundation: empathy, empowerment, and emotional safety.
🌱 Youth Empowerment & Community Leadership
As a trustee at her local Scout group, Agueda supports the next generation through hands-on service and strategic guidance. She works directly with Beavers—young children taking their first steps into community, nature, and teamwork. Whether helping with activities or shaping inclusive policies, Agueda brings the same warmth and clarity to her Scout work as she does to her legal practice. It’s all part of her belief that legacy begins with how we show up for others—especially the youngest among us.
