Agueda Estrada Calle is a legal advocate, educator, and founder of Agueda Estrada Calle: Eco Wills with Heart. With a background in therapy, community leadership, and legacy planning, she brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, legal clarity, and regenerative vision to every client she serves.

Born from a deep love for people and our Earth, Agueda’s work challenges the fear-based, extractive models of traditional legal services. She believes that Wills and LPAs should be empowering, not overwhelming—and that every family deserves tools that protect relationships, honour values, and leave a lighter footprint.

 

Agueda is also a campaigner, Scout trustee, and movement enthusiast who sees legacy as a living act of hope. Whether she’s crafting myth-busting guides, dancing to reconnect with joy, or mentoring young changemakers, her mission is clear: to help others live and leave with love.
